SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or international destinations.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Most items are dispatched within 1–2 working days directly from our suppliers.
Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
Express delivery: Available on selected items — see product page for options
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high demand periods.
MADE TO ORDER & SPECIAL LEAD TIMES
Some products have longer lead times due to their handcrafted or made-to-order nature:
- Palaces Collection (Soho Lighting): Approximately 5 weeks lead time
- Siddeley Ceramics Table Lamps: Approximately 12 weeks lead time
- Any product marked "Made to Order": Lead time displayed on product page
We will always notify you by email if your order is subject to an extended lead time.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders — check the checkout for current offers.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@kymralighting.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
