Email us at sales@kymralighting.co.uk or call +44 7863 771703, quoting your order number. We’ll confirm the details and guide you through the next steps.

To be accepted, items should be returned unused and in their original packaging, with any fittings and protective materials included. Please take care when repacking so pieces arrive back with us safely.

Many of our fixtures are made to order — finished individually for you — and the lead time is shown on each product page.

You’re welcome to cancel a made-to-order piece before it enters production — contact us and we’ll arrange a full refund. Once finished, these pieces can still be returned under the terms above unless they were made to your own specification, which will be stated on the product page. If a piece arrives faulty or not as described we’ll always put it right. If you’re ever unsure, talk to us — we’ll do our best to help.

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
