Overview
The Sheraton Polished Brass Wall Light is cast in solid brass and finished to a bright polish that catches candlelight rather than glaring under it. It is designed for a spot beside a mirror, at a dressing table, or flanking a headboard — taking up little wall space while sitting close to eye level, close enough to read a face or an outfit by.
The casting keeps its detail crisp even in polished brass, with turned edges and a classic silhouette that reads as period rather than reproduction. Light spreads outward and down in a warm pool, softening a bathroom or bedroom rather than flooding it, and the brass continues to do quiet work by day, holding the light of a window in its surface long after the bulb is off.
It takes one E14 small screw-fit candle bulb (not included); a warm white lamp suits the period detailing. The IP44 rating makes it suitable for bathrooms and bedrooms — your electrician will confirm the correct zone for the position you have in mind. We'd recommend installation by a qualified electrician in any case. Full dimensions are available on request — contact us for a spec sheet.
Soho Lighting builds the Sheraton in polished brass alone — a single, considered finish rather than a spread of options, which is very much the point of a piece built around one classic material done properly.
