Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. Kymra Commerce Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added — the price shown is the full price you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

Delivery

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery is free on orders over £500; charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Bespoke and personalised items made to your own specification may be exempt from cancellation rights — where this applies it will be clearly stated on the product page. A longer lead time does not by itself remove your right to cancel.

Product warranties

All products carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand — details are provided with each product.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on kymralighting.co.uk is owned by or licensed to Kymra Commerce Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
