Quintiesse
Overview
The Eyelid gets its name from the hood — a curved brass lid over the top of the glass that shades the fitting and throws the light downward.
It's the detail that makes it useful at head height. Beside a door, along a path, above a mirror: you get light where you need it without the glare of looking straight into the source.
IP65 rated, so it handles jets rather than just splashes. Prismatic glass breaks the light as it leaves. Takes one E27 bulb.
