Gatsby Tall Wall Light

The tallest Gatsby at 47cm, 9cm wide and projecting 9.6cm. Same two G9 bulbs as the medium, spread over a longer panel, so the light is more drawn out and the fitting reads as a vertical line on the wall rather than a block.

The glass is hand-ribbed rather than moulded, diffusing the light into an even glow with no visible point source. The rod is closed at both ends, so no dust collects inside.

At this height it holds a wall on its own — either side of a chimney breast, or flanking a tall mirror where the proportions match. Mounted horizontally instead, it spans wider than most wall lights and suits a long low mirror above a basin.

Rated IP44 and suitable for bathroom zones 2 and 3, which covers everywhere in a bathroom except inside the shower itself. 230V, Class I, wired through an IP44 terminal block. Takes two G9 capsule bulbs up to 3W each, sold separately. At 3.25kg it is twice the weight of the small one, so the fixing needs to be sound. Installation is a job for a qualified electrician, and in a bathroom check the zone before you buy.
