Dante Petite Prismatic Glass Wall Light

The Dante Petite is a small prismatic glass wall light in brass, from Soho Lighting's Glass Library collection. Small and perfectly formed is the whole idea — it suits a study wall, a bedside, or anywhere a full-size fitting would crowd the space.

The glass is prismatic and handblown, so instead of one flat beam it throws a scatter of refractions across the wall. At this size the effect is close and contained rather than filling a room.

The arm is adjustable and carries a crosshatched texture, with a smooth brass finish — so it works as a task light you can aim at a book, not just an ambient fitting. That adjustability is what makes it useful beside a chair or a bed.
