Quintiesse
Overview
A bulkhead is a working light that happens to look good. Solid brass, prismatic glass, and a cage across the front that was originally there to stop things hitting the glass on a ship.
It carries an IP65 rating, which means jets of water, not just splashes. That puts it outside above a door or a path, or inside a bathroom where the shower can reach it — the same fitting either side of the threshold.
Lacquered brass holds its finish rather than ageing, so it stays close to how it arrives. Takes one E27 bulb.
