Mullan Kapok Marbled Ceramic Flush Ceiling Light 27cm — Satin Brass

A shallow ceramic disc, 27cm across and only 10cm deep, thrown by hand in Mullan's own pottery. The marbled glaze means no two are identical — the pattern runs through the clay rather than sitting on the surface.

Ceramic behaves differently from glass or metal: it warms the light rather than sharpening it, and gives a low ceiling something to look at without adding bulk.

Takes one E27 screw-fit bulb up to 40W (not included). Rated IP20, so it is for indoor, dry rooms only.

This is an earthed (Class I) fitting, so it needs an earth connection.

Available in six metalwork finishes including polished copper. Hand-thrown to order in Mullan Village by a team of six ceramicists, using clay sourced within 50 miles of the workshop. Covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
