Mullan Kapok Black Clay Ceramic Flush Ceiling Light 27cm — Antique Brass

The same shallow 27cm ceramic disc as the marbled Kapok, in black clay — a darker, more graphic piece that reads almost as a shadow on a pale ceiling.

Hand-thrown, so the surface carries the maker's marks. It is a quiet way to put a non-brass material into a room that is otherwise all metal and glass.

Takes one E27 screw-fit bulb up to 40W (not included). Rated IP20, so it is for indoor, dry rooms only.

This is an earthed (Class I) fitting, so it needs an earth connection.

Available in six metalwork finishes including polished copper. Hand-thrown to order in Mullan Village by a team of six ceramicists, using clay sourced within 50 miles of the workshop. Covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
